Rachael Abah is a Faith-Led Decision Mentor, relationship builder, and social impact strategist with more than three decades of experience across continents. She equips high-performing overthinkers to resolve indecision in their relationship with God, self, and others—turning hesitation into decisive, aligned action.
Her work is grounded in a simple conviction: meaningful relationships create meaningful impact.
Rachael is the founder of Unbroken Woman Mentoring Inc. and a founding member of Immigrant Women in Business (IWB). She also volunteers her expertise in English-language conversation and business leadership programs for newcomers.
A follower of Christ, wife, and mother, Rachael approaches leadership as stewardship—building relationships, developing leaders, and creating meaningful impact that contributes to a lasting Kingdom legacy.
